Can it use the booking calendar we already have?

Yes. The agent sees your free slots, books, moves and cancels in the calendar you already use, and confirms by SMS. Nothing moves to a second system.

What about patient data and GDPR?

You set what the agent may ask and the retention period of everything it keeps. Processing stays in EU data centres; the data processing agreement is public at /dpa.

Will it give medical advice?

No. It books, informs from your own list and hands over. Anything about diagnosis, treatment or urgency goes to a person; in an emergency it gives the emergency number at once.

Which languages does it speak?

Fifteen; you choose which ones your line uses. If a caller switches mid-call, the agent follows.

What if a patient insists on a person?

The agent says it is an AI at the start, and anyone can ask for a person at any moment. It transfers to the reception with a one-sentence intro, or leaves a message with the number.

How long until it is live?

One onboarding conversation about your services, hours and rules, a test week on a separate number, then the line goes live.
