Can we keep our current phone number?

Yes. The number your customers know stays yours: calls are routed to the agent from it, or you take a new number from us. Your existing telephony is left as it is.

Will the caller be told it is an AI?

Yes — the greeting names it as an AI, and a person can be asked for at any moment of the call.

What happens when the agent cannot answer?

It says so and either transfers the call to a person or takes a message with the caller’s number for your team. A caller is never left at a dead end.

Yes. One line, one language and a short list of facts is a normal first month. Add languages, numbers, calendar and integrations once you have heard the calls.

Where do the recordings live, and who can hear them?

In EU data centres, visible only to your team in your panel. Retention is configurable. The data processing agreement and the list of subprocessors are public.

Can the same agent answer the chat on our website?

Yes, in early access. One assistant with the same facts answers the phone and the chat on your site, and both land in the same panel.

Who should answer your phone: a menu, a person or an agent?
