Is it really the same agent on the phone and in the chat?

Yes. One description of the business, one knowledge base, one calendar and one shop connection. The chat additionally knows which page the visitor is reading; the phone additionally hears which language is spoken.

Can the chat book appointments and check orders too?

Yes. The same booking and order tools the phone uses are available in writing: free times from the calendar, a booked slot, an order looked up by number.

What if the visitor wants a person?

The agent says what it cannot do, asks for an email or a phone number and hands the chat to the team at once, with a link to the conversation. The alert goes to the panel, the app and, if set up, to Telegram or email.

Do we need a cookie banner for the widget?

The widget itself sets no cookies. Visitors are recognised within a session by a short-lived signed token, and the chat runs only on the websites you have listed. Whether your site needs a banner for other reasons is unchanged by it.

How are chats billed?

Separately from phone minutes. Phone plans are Starter €99 for 100 minutes, Business €299 for 500 and Corporate €599 for 2,000, with extra minutes at €0.59, €0.49 and €0.39; prices exclude VAT. Chats are counted as conversations on their own counter, and chat pricing arrives with the pilot. Pilot businesses hear it first.

Can we start with only one door?

Yes. Today the chat runs on your phone agent, so the phone comes first and the chat joins when the pilot reaches you. The description you write for the phone serves the chat as well, so nothing is written twice.
